Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any much more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.

We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
