Cohabitation Adultery

A man known as the agency to ask us if it could be feasible to do a background investigation into the man that was now cohabiting with his wife and son. The marriage had broken down following our client took a job in Oman. He was posted there for three months at a time. He told us his wife was extremely lonely and after about two months started an affair with this man. It didn’t last very long and his wife started to see somebody else. This affair lasted for about three months and then she went back with all the initial man.

Our client could not think how swiftly his wife was unfaithful and that she had let 1 of these men into the household residence. Our client still stayed there when he returned towards the UK in-between stints at perform. His wife was denying the whole thing but our client had it from his 11 year old son along with a great friend. Our client decided to file for divorce but all the preparation took a long time because he was not inside the UK for quite lengthy.

We carried out some surveillance on the household property and also the man was definitely living there although our client was away at work. He also owned his own home which was empty except for a few small items of furniture which he would need when he needed to leave our clients house. Our client told us that the man had put his home up for sale as he intended to move in with his wife on a permanent basis. We gave all of the evidence of cohabitation to the client and he passed it onto his solicitor so he could file for divorce on grounds of adultery.
